Do I need technical knowledge to use what you build?
None at all. We build everything to be completely hands-off for you. For websites, you get an easy-to-use editor, and for AI workflows, we handle all the integrations, server hosting, and API keys in the background. If you ever need a change, just drop us a message and we will handle it.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes, absolutely. Our all-inclusive monthly subscription means our team actively monitors your systems, handles hosting, manages security certificates, and performs monthly updates to ensure your digital assets are running perfectly 24/7. You are never left alone after launch day.
How does the monthly payment work, and what is included?
Every project starts with a one-time, non-refundable £199 Setup Fee, which covers project kickoff, initial design architecture, and system provisioning. From month 1, you pay a fixed monthly subscription — for example, from £50/month for Web Development or from £99/month for AI Automation. This single monthly fee covers everything: custom development, ultra-fast cloud hosting, domain, SSL, security, and dedicated monthly maintenance. One clear invoice, no surprises.
Do I need to buy my own domain or hosting?
No, we handle all the infrastructure. We register your chosen domain, set up high-speed Vercel cloud hosting, and configure SSL certificates — all bundled into your monthly subscription. You don't manage any accounts, server panels, or renewal dates. We do it all.
What is the contract length for your monthly plans?
Our Web Development and AI Automation plans operate on a 12-month contract. This is because we invest significant time upfront building your custom systems — design, coding, hosting setup, and integrations — before you pay your first full month. After the 12 months are complete, your contract automatically transitions into a flexible, rolling month-to-month FLOWOO Care Plan (typically £29–£49/month for hosting, domain renewal, and priority support) which you can cancel or pause anytime.
What happens to my website after the 12 months are up?
Once your 12-month plan is fully completed, you have two options. First, you can take full ownership of your domain, codebase, and GitHub repository — 100% yours, at no extra cost, to host wherever you choose. Second, you can continue on our flexible FLOWOO Care Plan (rolling monthly, cancel anytime) to keep your site running on our ultra-fast servers with ongoing maintenance and support included.
Are there any hidden fees or setup charges?
There is one mandatory, transparent fee: the £199 Setup Fee, which every project pays once at the start. This covers project kickoff, design planning, and system provisioning. Beyond that, the monthly subscription you agree upon is exactly what you pay each month — no hosting markups, no licensing fees, no scope-creep charges. Any additional features outside your plan are always quoted in writing before any work begins.
Is my business and customer data secure and GDPR-compliant?
